为帮助学生更多了解国外知名大学研究生教育和奖学金信息，为学生搭建国际教育交流平台，由国家留学基金管理委员会主办的第十三届国际研究生奖学金信息说明会将于11月13日-14日在云端举行，来自15个国家的36所国外高校/机构参与，并以录播方式开展宣讲，国家留学基金管理委员会届时亦将开放会议室进行咨询。具体日程如下，欢迎同学们积极参与并观看宣讲。
